Temporary website hosting

Put a site online for a demo, a client review or an event: upload an HTML file, ZIP or folder and get a live link in seconds. It's free for 30 days with no account, and you can claim it to keep it for 90.

Ready to ship

A file. A folder. A fresh start.

Your static site, one link away.

No account needed

Shipping…

Uploading publishes your file. The link is public but unlisted, not password-protected, so leave out secrets and confidential content.

Up in seconds, gone when you're done

  1. Export the site as static files: one HTML file, or a folder with index.html as the homepage.
  2. Upload it above, add your email address for the backup link and publish. The site is live immediately.
  3. Share the link for as long as you need it. After 30 days it stops working on its own, with nothing to cancel.

Or put it up from the terminal

curl -X POST https://ship.page/deploy \
  -H "Content-Type: text/html" \
  --data-binary @index.html

The response is JSON with your live URL. No account or API key needed.

What temporary hosting includes

  • 30 days online for free, with no account and no card
  • Claim it with a free login to keep it for 90 days from claiming
  • HTML files up to 10 MiB, ZIPs up to 25 MiB and 100 files
  • An unguessable link on its own subdomain, with HTTPS
  • No cleanup: expired links stop working on their own

How long it stays up

Anonymous uploads stay online for 30 days. Claiming the page with a free login extends that to 90 days from the moment you claim it. When the time is up, the link stops working.

Need it longer, or at a fixed address? Paid plans keep pages online with no expiry and let you redeploy new versions to the same URL.

Good for

Client previews and design reviews, event and campaign pages, a demo for a job application, sharing a page an AI built for you, or checking a build on a real phone before it goes to production.

What works on the page

Static files only: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, fonts and PDFs. JavaScript runs in the visitor's browser, including libraries loaded from a CDN. Server-side code doesn't: no PHP, no Node, no database, no WordPress. If the page works when you open it from your own disk, it works here.

Questions

How long does a free site stay online?

30 days from upload. Claim it with a free login to extend that to 90 days from claiming. Paid plans have no expiry by default.

What happens when it expires?

The link stops loading and visitors see an expiry notice instead of your page. Nothing is charged and there's nothing to cancel.

Do I need an account?

It's free and there's no account. The uploader asks for an email address only to send you a backup link for claiming the page later. No password, no credit card.

Is a temporary site private?

Anyone who has the link. The URL is unguessable, pages ask search engines not to index them and there's no public list of uploads, but free pages aren't password-protected. Leave out passwords and private data; paid plans add password protection.

What can I host?

Static sites: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, fonts and PDFs. No PHP, Node or databases.
